Softball is one of Norway's fastest-growing sports, and Oslo has a vibrant softball community. VIF Softball is Vålerenga Baseball's softball program – a softball club in Oslo for players who want to play softball, learn the game, or take it to the next level. We practice and play games in the Oslo area and are members of the Norwegian Softball and Baseball Federation (NSBF).
Whether you're new to softball or have played before – all levels are welcome. We offer practice and games for adults and youth. Softball is a social and inclusive sport: mixed teams, a quick learning curve, and plenty of action on the field. You'll find practice times and games at the top of this page.
